Description

测试步骤：
1、执行如下命令：
ubus call ctcapd.filter.url add '{"enable":"yes","urls":["www.baidu.com"],"name":"test","macs":["00E070C67349"],"mode":0,"weekdays":[1,2,3,4,5,6,7],"timerange":"00:00-18:00"}'
2、使用命令中对应mac的STA设备，对应mac的STA设备清除dns缓存后连接ap后浏览www.baidu.com
通过标准：
1、对应mac的设备时间在0-18点间无法访问www.baidu.com
实际结果：
1、对应mac的设备时间在0-18点间可正常访问www.baidu.com
