[W3][ZTE133][RevB] 2G/5G Wi-Fi security=WEP still can be selected and applied with authentication:
Open/SharedKey which should be disallowed when operating mode= 802.11ax only, 802.11ax-mixed,802.11ac-mixed,802.11n-mixed

Precondition:

ZTE133 WAN is configured ipv4 and connected to internet
Connect laptop LAN to ZTE133 to save serial and fw trace log.
Steps to reproduce:

Login ZTE133 WEBGUI and configure 5G wifi 11ax-only, Open-WEP
Apply 5G wifi setting and check 5G setting.
Configure 5G wifi 11ax-only, SharedKep-WEP
Apply 5G wifi setting and 5G setting.
Configure 5G wifi 11ax-only, Open&SharedKep-WEP
Apply 5G wifi setting and 5G setting.
Configure 5G wifi 11ax-mixed, Open&SharedKep-WEP
Apply 5G wifi setting and 5G setting.
Configure 5G wifi 11ac-mixed, Open&SharedKep-WEP
Apply 5G wifi setting and 5G setting.
Configure 5G wifi 11n-mixed, Open&SharedKep-WEP
Apply 5G wifi setting and 5G setting.
Actual Result:

5G wifi 11ax-only, Open-WEP takes effect.
5G wifi 11ax-only, SharedKey-WEP takes effect.
5G wifi 11ax-only, Open&SharedKey-WEP takes effect.
5G wifi 11ax-mixed, Open&SharedKey-WEP take effect.
5G wifi 11ac-mixed, Open&SharedKey-WEP take effect.
5G wifi 11n-mixed, Open&SharedKey-WEP take effect.

Expected Result:
5G wifi 11ax-only, Open-WEP should be disallowed and keeps previous security setting.
5G wifi 11ax-only, SharedKey-WEP should be disallowed and keeps previous security setting.
