Description
测试步骤：
1、登录设备telnet
2、执行命令：
ubus call ccplat postmsg '{"method": "getParameterValues", "parameterNames": ["Device.WiFi.Radio.1."]}'
通过标准：
1、查询结果与实际情况一致。
实际结果：
1、web对应设置发射功率为：20%、40%、60%、80%、100%
ubus查询结果发射功率为：0、0、0、25、50
