Description
测试步骤：
1、登录设备telnet
2、执行命令：
ubus call ccplat postmsg '{"method": "setParameterValues", "parameterValues": {"Device.WiFi.X_CU_DbhoEnable": 1}}'
ubus call ccplat postmsg '{"method": "setParameterValues", "parameterValues": {"Device.WiFi.X_CU_DbhoEnable": 0}}'
通过标准：
1、双频合一设置成功。
实际结果：
1、设置不成功，串口打印错误信息：ubus_invoke failed 'ctcapd.wifi' 'set' Unknown error: -1879048192
